Terms & Conditions

Services – We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed with the client. Specific tasks and frequency are confirmed before service.

 

Payments – Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept [Zelle, cash, etc.].

 

Cancellations – A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee.

 

Liability – We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not secured before service. Clients should inform us of fragile or high-value objects.

 

Access – Clients must provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

 

Extras – Additional services requested (such as oven or fridge cleaning) may involve extra charges.

 

Termination – Either party may end services with prior notice.
